Busking in Kingston Upon Thames

I was walking through Kingston last weekend and was amazed by the sheer talent of our town centre buskers. Some of these acts generate a bit of a crowd and all of them have the obligatory open guitar case into which we drop our change. It occurred to me that they could accept Kingston Pounds and this would be a safe way to accept payment as there is less cash in the bag. People are carrying less cash nowadays and so sending a text payment as you pass buy is easy and may involve more money!
